David grew up in Fargo and is a 4th generation real estate entrepreneur. Prior to joining Horizon, David was a senior agent with Goldmark Commercial for nearly a decade where he built strong relationships earned through hard work and trust. David graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX from the Cox School of Business with a degree in finance and is an active CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investor Member)

Brian Tulibaski, MBA, is a seasoned professional joining Horizon Real Estate Group as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor. With a strong background in sales and operations leadership, Brian brings over 25 years of experience in exceeding sales and profit expectations. As a father of three boys, Brian understands the importance of building a secure future through strategic investments and financial independence. His expertise and passion lie in the realms of economics, passive investing, commercial real estate, financial independence, and real estate development. Brian holds an MBA from North Dakota State University, where he honed his business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional abilities in P&L management, human resource management, business development, and strategic planning.

Jace Engelstad is a commercial real estate agent who has been active in the FM area commercial real estate market for approximately six years. Having grown up in the area as well, he brings strong local market knowledge and is driven by one goal: focusing on ensuring his clients win in every deal while supporting them in launching, expanding, and achieving their business vision. Jace is a graduate of the Offutt School of Business at Concordia College, where he earned Dean’s List honors. He is currently a CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Before joining Horizon full-time, he founded and grew a lakes-area property management company that expanded to manage more than 30 properties while providing a wide range of services to clients. Known for his energy, work ethic, and client-first approach, Jace is focused on building lasting relationships and creating new opportunities in the region’s growing business community.

Cole Foss brings a strong foundation of experience and market knowledge to the commercial real estate space. A graduate of Saint John’s University in Minnesota, Cole has spent the past six years building his career in real estate, with both commercial property management and commercial real estate.

Shane Cullen is a devoted family man with over 13 years of real estate experience and 18 years in the construction industry. As both a broker associate and a licensed contractor he offers a wealth of knowledge and a diverse perspective, equipping him to best help his clients. Deeply committed to his community, Shane's passion for giving back is a cornerstone of both his professional and personal life. He cherishes time spent with his wife and 2 children and is grateful for his business partners and his many clients. His leadership includes serving as Past President of FMRealtors, board member with various non-profits, and he was recognized as the 2018 Realtor of the Year.

Nick brings a unique background to real estate, with experience in hotels and property management. Licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota since 2017, he holds certifications as a FirstHome Agent through the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency and the C2EX Commitment to Excellence designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Kelli Sessler is a licensed real estate agent in both North Dakota and Minnesota with eight years of experience in the industry. She plays an important role within the office by supporting commercial agents and helping keep transactions organized and moving forward.
